the BPO Space. It requires complex skill sets and
domain knowledge base. However the cost of an experienced
recruiter in India could be 1/5th of what is paid
in US and UK. This can result in huge cost savings
for our clients. |
The Process is to get resumes and job specs by email
or FTP from the client and send back shortlisted
and rejected resumes by return email / FTP. Because
of the time difference, the processing will be done
in India in day time, (during their night time)
and the results will be available for them to take
action the next day morning. |
